Yorkshire Music Forum Convention 2025 – 12:30pm – 6pm

Yorkshire Music Forum was formed in 2017 working in artist and music industry development with a YMF Convention once a year.

Now in its 9th edition, the Convention has seen speakers including Jeremy Lascelles (Chrysalis Records), Rebecca Lucy Taylor (Self Esteem), Korda Marshall (BMG) and panels on artist development, press and media, composition for film & TV, building careers in music and business development.

Taking place at one of Leeds’ most iconic music venues this year’s panels will explore the themes of building a sustainable and rewarding career in the contemporary music industry, alongside the growing significance of export and internationalism in fostering global reach.

Featuring a lineup of respected industry voices, in-depth discussions, and valuable networking opportunities, the Convention offers a vital space where emerging talent and established professionals alike can come together to discuss what’s next for music in Yorkshire and beyond.
